To be eligible for our Website Guarantee, clients must meet and agree to the following conditions:
- Access and Collaboration
Clients agree to provide timely access to all necessary materials, assets, and information required for project delivery.
- Payment Terms
Clients must pay all invoices in full and on time, as per the agreed payment terms. Late or non-payment will void the guarantee in full.
- Offer Validity
This guarantee only applies to projects where it has been explicitly offered and included as part of the client’s proposal.
- Project Completion
Clients must see the project through to completion. If the project is cancelled or terminated early, the guarantee becomes void.
- Scope of Guarantee
If we fail to design your website for growth, we will refund 100% of our web fees (including design and development costs). This excludes any third-party costs such as subscriptions, plugins, or licences.
- Client Engagement
A lack of timely client engagement or communication during the agreed project delivery period may void the guarantee.
- External Circumstances
The guarantee does not cover unforeseen external circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to economic downturns, pandemics, or other extraordinary events.
- Business Status
If a client goes out of business or ceases trading during the delivery of the project, the guarantee is void.
- Claim Window
Any claim under this guarantee must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the website going live. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible.
- Issue Resolution
Clients must raise any concerns as early as possible during the process and allow us a reasonable opportunity to address and remedy the issue.
- Guarantee Period
This guarantee is valid for the agreed project delivery period, plus 15 days following website launch. It will not be renewed or extended.
- Verification
We reserve the right to verify all data, evidence, and claims submitted in support of a refund request before any decision is made.
- Active Marketing Participation
Clients must be actively participating in and engaging with some form of marketing within their business.
- Amendments
We reserve the right to update or amend these guarantee terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing.
- Design Sign-off Confirmation
The client must confirm in writing at the design sign-off stage that the direction taken supports their growth goals. This forms part of the criteria used to determine eligibility for a refund.
- Third-Party Influences
Performance or growth limitations caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or the client’s internal processes (e.g. poor lead handling, outdated content) are not covered by the guarantee.
- Use of Final Website
The guarantee applies only if the client uses the website in the form delivered. Major structural changes, rebranding, or third-party edits to design or functionality post-launch may void the guarantee.
- Growth Recommendations
We may, at our discretion, provide tailored growth recommendations in a post-launch marketing pack. While clients are under no obligation to follow these suggestions, we strongly encourage their use to help maximise the value of the website. If a refund claim is made, we may take into account whether the recommendations were meaningfully reviewed or discussed when assessing eligibility under the guarantee.
